Penerangan Pekerjaan - Quality Manager

 

A.    Leads the development, implementation, and improvement of the appropriate Quality Management Systems throughout the operation, providing quality leadership and support in the development and launch of new products, processes and services
B.    Develops and maintain repair station manual compliant with CAAM, FAA and EASA regulatory requirements. Ensures that any regulatory changes are implemented within the allotted time frame. 
C.    Manages customer interface to proactively assure customer quality requirements are understood and satisfied, acts as primary organizational contact for customer concerns, and ensures appropriate corrective actions are deployed as necessary 
D.    Leads the quality audit programs and responsible for corrective action requests from customers, regulatory or AS9100 system audits to ensure the compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
E.    Analyzes organizational quality metrics and performs managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close gaps at an operational level
F.    Ensures quality organization support to Supply Chain Management organization relative to the collection and analysis of supplier quality data providing expertise and assists suppliers with product and process quality requirements
G.    Designs and implements quality assurance training programs, conducts training in quality-related topics, and ensures the personnel qualification and proficiency compliant with regulatory requirement and organization development
H.    Develops and implements a quality structure capable of supporting business strategic business plans and initiatives 
I.    Maintains the safety management system, identify and assess safety risks, deploy corrective action plans, prompt safety culture and ensure the maintenance activities in safe operation
•    Customer Relationship responsibilities: Collaboration and reporting of results to major customers
•    Measurement of DPPM for Nil Hours and Warranty returns 
•    Review of “aged” escapes and supporting data ensuring timely turn-around to customers
•    Measurement of site scrap and CONC (warranty, scrap & rework) and % COGS
•    Measurement of First Pass Yield (FPY) 
•    Monitoring of site audit schedule to ensure audits and subsequent actions completed on time
