Quality Technical Support - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Responsibility:
1. Leads the resolution of customer and internal issues regarding product quality, with the aim of achieving zero defects.
2. Generates formal reports for disciplined root-cause analysis and corrective actions (i.e.8D methodology)
3. Perform TQC audit, job inspection at first piece, in process and final Inspection.
4. Leads the resolution of internal non-conforming materials through the use of advanced quality tools and problem solving techniques while adhering to established policies and procedures.
5. Executes experiments and implements process/raw material/specification changes through Change Control activities to resolve supply chain problems & customer issues and reduce process/material variation and cost.
6. Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
7. Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.

Job Requirement:
1. Diploma holder only.
2. 1 years of engineering experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in semiconductor (Fresh graduate Diploma are welcome to apply).
3. Knowledge of operating the CMM machine and able to do the PCDMIS programming.
4. Familiarity with SPC principles and application to batch processes.
5. Knowledge of GDT and equipment including understanding of the effects of measurement variability.
6. Possess experience in inspection of machining/welding / powder coating / painting in fabrication of semiconductor / wafer fab added advantage.
7. Be able to read product and component drawings and specifications, including hands-on experience in measuring instruments in the inspection of parts.
