Penerangan Pekerjaan - quantity surveyor

  • Taking off quantity.
  • Post contract management.
  • Preparation of tender documents, cost, and budget estimation review tender documents, submission of tender within a specific deadline and attend a tender interview.
  • Responsible for monthly progress claim, variation orders, finalize of accounts and prepare for payment certificate.
  • Preparation of Letter of Award / Appointment to subcontractors.
  • To enquire, source, negotiate and shortlisted subcontractor and suppliers for awarded / upcoming project.
  • To attend site meetings, site valuation when needed.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned by Manager or Superior.
