Established and incorporated on the 24th of November 2020, Ekar MHN Buildcon Sdn Bhd (Company Reg. No. 202001038268 (1394589-P) is a registered company based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Headed and managed by Mr Cheok Zhan Ming (representing Taman Ekar Sdn Bhd (TESB), a reputable developer in Seremban), Mr Soh Lai Huat, Mr Liem Swee Nyen and Mr Tai Chong Ming (an earthwork contractor), our team have more then 20 years of experience in construction works & development operations as in building residential and commercial properties. Besides the building works, our company are also well-versed in renovation and other customized building feature works at request. Thanks to these experiences, we have a proven track record for the numerous projects we have successfully completed, areas covering mostly the southern region of Malaysia-Negeri Sembilan, Malacca & Johor.

Spanning 3 years, we have upgraded our CIDB registrations from the modest grade of G6 when we first started out with this company, to the highest grade for registrations issued, the G7. This highest CIDB accreditation has given us the opportunity to undertake building and civil engineering construction projects of any sizes in the near future, thus, highlighting our capability in undertaking larger and more complex construction projects.

In line with our business objectives to maintain sustainable growth and our goals to be a reliable building contractor, we aim to expand our portfolio into more new projects, while providing our Clientele with building products & services that are affordable , good quality & timeless.

Job requirements

• Have a least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Professional Certificate from a recognized institutions/universities in the related field.
• Possess own transport.
• Be self-motivated, discipline, proactive and can work independently. Being flexible & having adaptable approach to work is an added advantage.
• Possess spirit of teamwork with good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Require to carry out duties at project site.
• Computer literate & familiar with any one of Microsoft Office OS-MS Word/Excel/Power Point.
• Required language: English, Mandarin & BM
• Required to travel outstation if deemed necessary.
• To carry out any ad hoc task required by Management

Job scope

• Cost Estimation: Undertaking cost analysis and quantity take-off for the assigned project work.
• Tendering & Procurement: a) Preparing contracts, legal tender documents and other related documentation. b) Getting quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Co-ordinate with client, contractor, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Attend site visit, tender interview and site meeting.
• Follow up with the status of tender.
• Basic EPF, Socso, EIS contribution.
• Leaves (Annual and Medical)
• Travelling allowance
