We are a fully owned subsidiary of TSR Capital Berhad.
Responsibilities:
· Pre & Post contracts to coordinate closely and effectively with site staff of Project Implementation Department and Consultant on all documentations on contractors’ interim claims and variation works claims.
· Involve in site measurement, quantity take-off and source for quotation.
· Provide cost and financial advice to project team when necessary.
· Knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications and drawings.
· To handle any other job functions as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant experience in pre and post contract administration, construction claims, legal and contractual issues.
· Familiar with project costing and pre and post contract administration with good knowledge of laws.
· Possess high integrity, matured with strong negotiation and inter-personal skill.
· FRESH GRADUATE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
