QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Join a Market Leader

Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in quantity Survey or relevant
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Able to work within tight deadline.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supervise the site survey teams’ setup, monitoring and tracking progress, providing quality assurance and control over reports and drawings, along with the provision of regular updates to Management in order to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Identify, create and implement processes and procedures pertaining to pre and post-survey management including planning, mobilization and execution, data collection and storage in order to increase resource efficiency, ensure reliability and accuracy of field data as well as control budget and costs
• Recommend survey contractors or equipment suppliers, conduct final verification and recommend tender submission price for Management’s approval in order to create more competitive tender bids for efficiency, transparency and effectiveness to the overall tender processes.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
