Working days: 5.5 Days (Saturday work half-day)
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm)

Job Description:

To assist in preparing tender/ quotation. Preparation of tender including quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour cost used in the tendering process.

Undertake cost estimation and analysis and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

To arrange the submission of tender/ quotation to client by the required date. To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

Preparation of ad-hoc quotations where there is necessary.

Preparation of variation quotation for client during the project execution.

Update & fill all relevant information in the quotation records.

Ensure all tender documents and procedures are updated and in compliance with ISO procedures.

Minimum 1 -3 years’ experience in QS for Mechanical/Process/Electrical field.

Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering will be consider.

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge in Process, Mechanical & Electrical discipline.

A team player and dedicated person.

Ability to prioritizes, multitasking and work well with tight deadlines.

Familiar and able to read drawing.

Well versed with Microsoft Office.
