Job Description

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• 
  

  Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements of completed work.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare, call and evaluate tenders as well as value variation orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.
   

  
  

REQUIREMENT:

• 
  

  Bachelor degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related fields. 

  
  


• 
  

  Taking-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation and final account skill.

  
  


• 
  

  1-2 years of QS experience in construction field.

  
  


• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply and will be considered.


• 
  

  Site base role in Penang / Batu Kawan.
