Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and maintain project budgets.
• Oversee tender processes, manage contracts, and resolve disputes.
• Create detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for procurement and cost planning.
• Optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting costs or timelines.
• Manage variations and change orders, assessing their impact.
• Prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement activities and negotiate terms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience in project management, cost control, and contract management is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and budget management skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying, tender analysis, and procurement processes.
• Understanding of construction contracts and legal regulations.
