R&D Engineer - Urgent Role

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of industrial materials, especially UV and Heat Curable Adhesives
• Work with team to achieve planned targets
• Communicate progress at regular basis
• Takes lead in solving issues related to project
• Maintain safety and statutory standards and requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or higher in Material Science, Chemistry, Applied Science, Industrial Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or any related fields.
• Knowledge in polymers/materials/chemistry science and engineering will be preferred. 
• Job scope - Mix of theory, research, evaluations & practical hands-on
• Development of materials and process for industrial applications. 
• Experience in manufacturing environment with significant hands on with mechanical equipment and experience. 
• Mastery of TMA, DMA, DSC, TGA, thermal conductivity meter, electrical resistivity meter and FTIR analysis skills, root cause analysis and design of experimental. 
• Able to speak & write in Mandarin will be added advantage (might liaise with oversea Mandarin speaking associate & customer from China)
• Min 1-2 years of working experience in related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
