What will you be accountable for:

• To oversee the various activities that lead up to the rental of our investment properties;
• To communicate with prospects for identifying their requirements and choice of property;
• To prepare documents such as tenancy agreements, letter of offer and correspondence letters;
• To coordinate the closing of a lease and to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received;
• To monitor the monthly rental collections;
• To prepare invoices and official receipts;
• To attend queries from the tenants.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments / tasks assgined by Manager

Your Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development or equivalent field;
• Minimum 2- 5 years of working experience in Real Estate / Property Management or related field/industry;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications;
• Someone who familiars in IFCA accounting systems will be added advantage;
• Possess good communication skills and problem solving skills.
