About The Role

Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
 

About the Role

Join a growing Land & Industrial Solutions team and gain valuable exposure to one of the fastest-growing sectors in the property industry. Work alongside experienced consultants and engage with developers, investors, manufacturers, logistics operators, and landowners while building a rewarding career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote industrial properties and development land.
  • Source and manage prospective clients, investors, and property owners.
  • Conduct site inspections, property presentations, and client meetings.
  • Match clients with suitable industrial and land opportunities.
  • Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in negotiations and transaction management.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and market updates.
  • Maintain and update property listings and client databases.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Possess a valid REN Tag or willing to obtain one.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Own transportation is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates and young professionals are encouraged to apply.
