We have launched 4 branches: The Hub SS2, PJ, Sunway Geo, Subang, Sunway Velocity, Cheras and Solaris Mont Kiara, KL.

*Selected candidate will be based at The Hub SS2 PJ.

 

We are looking for a receptionist cum administrative assistant to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors at our centre. You will be in charge of directing clients to and in the centre, answering phones, replying messages, scheduling appointments and assisting in administrative tasks.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist and/or administrator is also helpful.

 

What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the centre.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including updating advertisement performance sheets, sending invoices, printing contracts and other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Following up, answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Create and manage social media content (FB, IG,TT,YT).
  • Assist in video editing and content designing.
  • Liaise with universities for student internships.

 

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Education level STPM and above.
  • English writing and speaking are mandatory.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field will be added advantage.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Benefits includes Bonus, EPF, SOSCO, Allowance.

Salary range: RM1500 and above. Base + Commission

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 11am-8pm

Saturday/Sunday: 9am-3pm
