Responsibilities:
Carries out any other task, relevant to the position from time to time; and perform any other tasks or any ab-hoc job when assigned by the management others then below:
· Assist in for HR related administration matters i.e. recruitment, selection and training.
· Administrating HR policies and standard operating procedures.
· Maintain and provide full administration support including general administrative matters such as stationery requisition, staff refreshment, office/factory maintenance etc.
· Types, edits and prepares correspondence, memorandum, letters, and other communications; responds to routine letters and compose general correspondence as directed.
· Company cleaning monitoring.
Attend to office phone calls and any others form of correspondents, post out all the Invoices, Purchase Order and others document upon completed.
· Coordinating outsider and visitor.
· Revamp/consolidation all the product specification, material safety data sheet & certificate of analysis filling system.
· Administrating ISO 9001 QMS documentation and maintenance.
· Administrating premise security and safety concerns.
· Coordinate with courier services provider on reverse cheque collection, parcel collection and etc.
· Maintaining quality management system according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
