Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic receptionist who will be the radiant first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You are the ideal candidate if you can constantly greet guests with a welcoming smile, manage communications with a cheery disposition, and maintain a professional demeanor. Responsibilities

  1. Visitor and Customer Service:
  • Assist walk-in customers with CRM forms and serve dealer customers by distributing collected goods.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere and assist visitors with any requirements or questions they may have.

2. Appointment Coordination:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for clients or employees.

3. Meeting and Event Assistance:

  • Support meeting preparations, including room setup and coordination of catering or presentation equipment.

4. Office Maintenance and Inventory:

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and keep it stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and manage the inventory of supplies.

5. Information and Message Handling:

  • Take and accurately relay messages to the appropriate staff member.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

 

Working Hours and Collaboration:

  • The position entails working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with alternate Saturdays.
  • The work will take place at Eco Business Park V, Puncak Alam

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role, with a preference for those with a background in the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics considered advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa. Mandarin/chinese is a plus.

 

Training and Support:

You will receive thorough training in Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP to confidently manage all inquiries.
