JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintaining quality of service in all our outlets.
• Attending walk in customers enquiries / feedbacks / complaints etc.
• Answering all incoming calls pertaining of customer enquiries / feedbacks / complaints etc.
• Perform office duties on temporary basis when required.
• Organize maintenance tasks with in-house technician.
• Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in homestay.
• Ensure room is clean, sanitize and free from sand, odour and dust.
• To clean, mop and change pillow case, bed sheet, blanket for hotel room on daily basis.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirement

• Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
• Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
• Must be able to work on shift, on weekends, and on public holidays
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
