Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth, prompt and effective front office service to all visitors and tenants which include administrating tenant record and updating data into the visitor management system.
- Responsible for providing information service to visitors and tenants.
- Handle any visitors complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up takes place and communicated to the management or relevant parties.
- Coordinate with the management and maintenance staff on the visitor's request about building's services, booking of facilities and etc.
- Handle all tenants' services such as mail, postage, messages, couriers, delivery of items / food and etc.
- To provide monthly visitor management report and clerical support to the Management.
- To support any event or function as and when required.
- Carry out all other duties, instructions and ad hoc tasks as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Certificate or Diploma Level.
- At least 1 years of working experiences in Receptionist or Administrative Assistant field.
- Computer literate.
- Positive personality, full commitment and responsibility.
** 5 Working days.
** 10 minutes of walking from Dang Wangi RapidKL LRT station.
