JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.
Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically/e-mails. Check emails regularly.
Assist on customers registration, appointment and follow up.
Prepare bill or invoices for customers and receive or collect payments.
Prepare daily closing report and perform banking duties as necessary.
Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 years working experience in customer service industry.
Fluent (Spoken and Written) in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Well-groomed with a friendly personality.
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Competent in computer system and mobile apps.
Basic knowledge in beauty practices and good with taking and editing photo is an added advantage.
