We are seeking a diligent Receptionist Staff to join our energetic team at Kepler in Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Selangor.

As Kepler, it is the only company that provides accommodation/shower services within the Sabiha Gökçen Airport terminal building within the scope of its activities in Turkey, and the necessary agreements have been completed to provide the same service at European and Asian airports.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles for the position of Receptionist Staff at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations
  • Welcoming customers and managing the sales process
  • Receiving payments and recording them in the system, issuing receipts and invoices
  • Oversee multiple personnel
  • To ensure all staff in Housekeeping and Front office departments comply with Hotel Policy regarding uniform and personal hygiene
  • To be aware of the day’s business both in Room and Cabin Occupancy, Special Requirements
  • Ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained, and attractively presented
  • Ensure that company standards for guest services, décor, and housekeeping services are met or exceeded
  • Ensure guests and Hotel Laundry is dealt with the standard laid down by the hotel management
  • Minimize wastage of materials and energy through careful monitoring of staff
  • Train staff on answering guest inquiries about hotel policies and services

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multitask
  • Advanced English
