Receptionist - Start Immediately

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner. 
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries. 
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to guests, clients, and employees. 
• Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including arranging catering and preparing meeting rooms. 

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
