Position: Research Executive
Company: Versatile Creation Sdn. Bhd.
Job Location: Based in Bayan Lepas

A. Responsibilities

1. Understand job descriptions and hiring managers needs to research and source the right talent pool.

2. Source and evaluate candidates for open positions.

3. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with both candidates and consultants.

4. Review employment applications and perform background checks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) prior to submission.

5. Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions to improve hiring results.

6. Achieve the monthly target set by management.

7. Update candidate information in the VC database (company shared drive).

8. Submit dashboard reports and update the PIC track sheet on a weekly basis.

9. Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

B. Requirements

1. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.

2. Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media platforms and job boards.

3. Energetic, positive, sociable, and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

4. A team player with good time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
