About Job
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading recruitment efforts and attracting top talent through targeted sourcing and recruitment campaigns. The role focuses on assessing candidate fit based on role and project requirements, managing candidate offers, and partnering closely with stakeholders to support recruitment delivery.
Responsibilities:
Identify current and future hiring needs and define job requirements in collaboration with department managers.
Proactively source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, academic channels, and global networks.
Assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and project requirements.
Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
Oversee and coordinate internship programs.
Keep up-to-date on employment legislation and ensure compliance across recruitment activities.
Provide recruitment updates and reports to project and team managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience with recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and HR databases.
Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin is preferred to support country-specific hiring, and other languages are a plus.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews and assess candidate fit.
Good decision-making, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; self-starter with strong initiative.
Knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.
Advanced use of online networks, communities, and social recruiting channels.
Proactive approach to process improvements and creative problem-solving.
