We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Internal Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all internal positions, coordinating career fairs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely closure of positions. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at handling a variety of roles across different departments.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to grasp their requirements
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including internal employee referrals, job boards and professional networks.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and providing candidates with feedback.
- Negotiate and extend offers to top candidates, ensuring a great employee experience.
- Manage and participate in career fairs and career talks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, executives, and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and filling positions across various disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
- Experience attending and managing careers fair participation is a plus.
