Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Recruitment Consultant will be mostly be responsible on carrying the talent sourcing task for client.

The day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, matching candidates to job requirements, and providing consultation and advice to clients.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in external recruitment industry
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and techniques
• Ability to work with diverse clients and candidates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
