Job Scope
1. Own overall responsibilities in recruitment activities for DL Hiring (local and foreign).
2. Manage the process for direct labor new intakes to ensure an effective induction to the company.
3. Responsible to provide DL Headcount and Recruitment Report to the management.
4. Responsible for maintaining (create and revise) the recruitment policies and procedures to be updated per current practice and organizational needs.
5. To register, renew, terminate FWCS.
6. Responsible in ensuring the a work permit, employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers is active and liaise with immigration officers.
7. Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers.
8. Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker's data.
9. FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up.
10. Highlighting and handling worker's recruitment, resignation, end of contract and long leave.
11. Monitoring worker's accommodations, flight tickets, taxi booking, etc.
12. Ensure police report made for runaway foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
13. To comply to all government and statutory requirements for direct labor.
14. Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time
