Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Conduct interviews and screenings to identify top talent for open positions
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Identify and solve recruitment and retention challenges
- Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records and reports
- Act as a responsible and ethical representative of the company in all recruitment activities
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting or agency setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to ethical and responsible recruitment practices
