Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Responsible for full suite recruitment matters, such as but not limited to the following:

• Consolidating, reviewing and planning all the Guarding manpower needs to support Operations
• Strategies and plan recruitment road shows, advertisements, etc
• Organise and manage a team to be handle the screening of candidates via resumes and job application forms, and conducting all the essential screenings such as interviews, reference checks and credit liabilities
• Set up, manage and ensure all onboarding and new hire process such as:
• Proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
• Process work pass and license applications, issuance & cancellations
• Conduct orientation
• Prepare Mobile Apps Access training

Are done in accordance to approved SOPs set

• Set up, manage and ensure all off-boarding and exit processes as per approved SOPs are duly done
• Lead in all Recruitment activities/events/drive and submit a weekly progress report to management
• Constantly review and improve processes
• Prepare and present Recruitment updates on events/activities, results and challenges at the monthly management meeting
• Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 to 3 years of related experience in recruitment
• Working knowledge with Infotech system is an advantage
• Familiar with Employment Act
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with the security industry will be an added advantage
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently
• Able to start immediately
