KAEFER Group are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be based at our Kuala Lumpur Office. This role will be to support our Recruitment team in Australia. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all necessary arrangements are made and communication is clear.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Ensure all recruitment-related documentation is accurately completed and stored appropriately.
  • Book pre-employment medical screenings 
  • Completing reference checks 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Site trainings and competencies are met.
  • Complete the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating inductions and collecting required documentation.
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure workers onboarding is compliant to Site requirements. 

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar recruitment or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software/systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
