Job Role Responsibilities (Electrical Engineer)
Responsibilities:
- To assist Recruitment Executive on recruitment duties such as liaise with recruitment agency on scheduling interviews, answering phone call etc.
- Following up closely with recruitment agency/candidate on the interview arrangement.
- Maintain digital copies of candidate’ records.
- Maintain record data and document in Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2015
- Ensuring all documents received from internal departments are recorded and registered as per ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
- Liaise with statutory government bodies related to matters as training provider
- Other ad-hoc and designated duties assigned by Executive/Department Manager and General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Standard basic knowledge on Human Resource functions especially Recruitment process.
- Min bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to solve problem independently or with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
