The Company:
Our client is a venture-backed expert network based in Singapore and with offices across Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia. They connect consulting and investment firms to Southeast Asian localized subject-matter experts for their market research and due diligence purposes. These top-level experts include C-level executives, public-sector leaders, and varied subject matter experts.
Our client’s founders were previously from Grab and Wavemaker Partners (one of Southeast Asia’s largest B2B early-stage venture capital funds). The company’s investors include Far East Ventures (VC arm of Far East Organization), former DBS Chairman Koh Boon Hwee and PropertyGuru co-founder Steve Melhuish amongst other institutional and angel investors.
The Role:
You will support the Client Solutions business function and work with the Client Solutions Associates.
The Responsibilities:
● Understand and analyze each client’s request for subject-matter experts.
● Conduct expert outreach activities such as LinkedIn messaging, offline networking and cold-calling to recruit and match industry experts based on our clients’ requests.
● Conceptualize, develop, test and validate initiatives to scale the company’s business.

The Requirements:
Our client places an individual’s character and culture fit above competency. They are looking out for candidates who possess the following traits:
● Bachelor’s degree from top university with up to 3 years of work experience preferred.
● Ability to speak, read and write English is a must.
● Self-directed and able to work independently without supervision.

● This position is for candidates who are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Compensation and Benefits:
● Basic Salary: MYR 3,000 - 4,500 per month
● Performance Bonus/Commission per quarter
