About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results -driven Recuritment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with 2 -3 years of sales, business development, or client -facing experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment. As an Consultant, you will combine sales, relationship management, and recruitment skills to connect great talent with the right opportunities while contributing to our agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to generate leads and understand industry trends.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to introduce recruitment services.
- Prepare client proposals and presentations.
- Build relationships with decision -makers to expand client accounts and uncover new hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Prepare candidate profiles and present them to clients.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow -ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate and client information.
Team & Performance Contribution
- Collaborate with consultants to achieve individual and team sales/recruitment targets.
- Actively contribute ideas and initiatives to improve processes and results.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.
