Job Description:

Source and interview candidates to determine their suitability based on job requirements
Prepare candidates on suitable roles and brief them for interviews
Facilitate negotiations between the client and candidate, such as salary and start date, and provide feedback before and after interviews
Ensure proper documents are recorded and kept accordingly in the database

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field
Basic + commission
Self-motivated and driven individual
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service and sales oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
No experience required as training will be provided
