Overall Job Description

Responsible for developing and updating clients’ job specifications and preparing recruitment materials accordingly. In charge of the entire recruitment and selection process for clients, from recruitment to onboarding, assisting clients in finding suitable candidates for employment in their company.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process from job posting, resume selection, and interview to offer stage and beyond.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, job sites, and social media, conducting interviews using various reliable R&S tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule plus an assessment of candidates’ suitability.
• Onboard new employees so that clients can become fully integrated.
• Identifying and developing client or business relationships, assessing and responding to client’s queries, briefing on the recruitment process, and managing the interview process.
• Build networks that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to superiors.
• Understand current legislation, and adhere to local laws, rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably majoring in Information Technology/Engineering but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in recruitment companies or as an in-house recruiter specializing in Information Technology/Engineering-related hiring.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Positive mindset, persistent, patient, and performance-driven.
