Job Description

As a recruiter, you will be responsible from job pick-up to candidate placement and because we specialise in contract recruiting, you will have to manage candidate throughout their contract period to ensure they are happy and facilitate with contract extensions and conversions.

• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job brief to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Client & Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. We treat our candidates like clients - you will develop strong trusted relationship with them, understand their drive and wants, match them with relevant roles and ensure they stay the course of their contract.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including our extensive talent pool, job boards, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organisations.
• Candidate Care: Provide exceptional candidate care, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience through to off-boarding.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in fast-paced recruitment or sales with an interest to move into recruitment.
• Strong ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with collaborative working style able to own their own desk.
• Ambitious and driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit will be highly rewarded in this role.
