Recruitment Consultant (Procurement & Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management
  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the procurement and supply chain sectors.
    

  • Understand client hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives to provide effective talent solutions.
    

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and salary benchmarks.
    

• Candidate Sourcing & Placement
  

  • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own professional network.
    

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    

  • Match qualified candidates with appropriate roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from shortlist to offer negotiation.
    

• Market Expertise & Business Development
  

  • Stay updated with market trends, industry news, and hiring challenges in procurement and supply chain.
    

  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to grow your client base.
    

  • Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
    

• Reporting & Process Excellence
  

  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
    

  • Prepare regular reports on placement progress, pipeline development, and market feedback.
    

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
    

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a commercial role with exposure to procurement/supply chain sectors (agency or in-house). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  

• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
  

• Highly organized with attention to detail and a consultative mindset.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or CRM tools is an advantage.
