Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Reporting & Process Excellence
Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on placement progress, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a commercial role with exposure to procurement/supply chain sectors (agency or in-house). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a consultative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or CRM tools is an advantage.
