Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates, have countless conversations with candidates on a daily basis – interviewing, making follow up calls, discussing position details and skill requirements, match the job to the right candidates, presenting candidates to clients, conducting background verification checks
• Create and post job advertisements
• Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media
• Assess applications and resumes
• Screen applicants before the interviewing process
• Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
• Having to juggle multiple tasks at once and priorities them is all in a day’s work
• To understand client requirements

Requirements

• No experience is welcome; provide training.
• Positive mindset and attitude.
• Mandarin Speaker added advantage.
• Good in Sales/Customer service skills.
