Recruitment Consultant (WFH/ 5 Days) - Fast Hire

We are looking for Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

• Perform end to end recruitment process including sourcing for resumes, phone interview, interview arrangements, offer negotiation and etc.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage in the acquisition of new clients
• Perform key account management to develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients
• Perform job analysis and to understand client hiring requirements
• Perform resume screening and phone interview to ensure quality of candidates for client consideration
• Achieve the KPI target set by the Manager
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years experience in related field
• Must have strong interest in recruitment industry
• Sales driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to speak well in English

• Basic Salary + Commission
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
