Recruitment Executive - Protege Trainee - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Everlife-Chemopharm  Professional Training and Education for Growth Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) is a 1-year program providing on-the-job training opportunities to fresh graduates.

We are keen to invite dynamic and ambitious individuals to join us. As a trainee, you will be an integral part of our dynamic recruitment team, learning the ropes of talent acquisition process. 

Key responsibilities: 

Candidate sourcing

• Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, etc. 
• Learn to evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for different roles.

Coordination and Administration

• Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and gathering relevant documentation.

Market Research 

• Stay informed on industry trends, market demands and competitor activities to contribute valuable insights to the recruitment strategy.

Employer Branding Activities 

• Participate in the planning and execution of employer branding events to enhance our company's image as employer of choice. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work well with people and maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possess the ability to quickly learn and use software and systems.
