Recruitment Marketing Specialist - 1 Year Contract

Understand and implement global recruitment marketing strategy Act as liaison between Lam's Corporate Communications and Global Talent Acquisition driving cross company collaboration Ensure consistency of branding and messaging of collaterals Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels Support content creation for various platforms, including career pages and social channels Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing initiatives Manage upkeep of materials, files, and project logs Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent work experience) Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience with employer branding and guidelines Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Ability to work collaboratively across regions and organizations Proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese
