Recruitment Specialist

As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team, driving end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring we bring the best talent onboard to support our business needs.

Position

Recruitment Specialist (Work in Office Petaling Jaya)

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate assessments where required.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.

• Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment campaigns.

• Work closely with HR team members on talent pipeline and workforce planning.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

• Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written & verbal).

• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people and talent development.

Job Type

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
