Recruitment Specialist (MNC / Basic Comm) - No Experience required - Get Hired Fast

This role will need you to work closely with our Singapore team and support the Singapore recruitment market.

Job Description:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods such as online job boards, social media.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
• Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field
• Basic + commission
• Self-motivated and driven individual
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• No experience required as training will be provided
