Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop sales supervisor and sales team to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Translate regional sales strategies into actionable execution plans.
- Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
- Ensure effective coverage, trade promotion execution, and customer relationship management.
- Support compliance with company sales policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
Experience/Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, general trade, or sales leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills
Education / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
