The Regional Aftersales Manager is a strategic leadership position based in Kuala Lumpur, primarily responsible for overseeing the business health, process efficiency, and revenue growth of the dealer network. This role acts as a key consultant and coach, driving parts turnover and implementing standardized aftersales programs to ensure a world -class customer experience. You will maintain rigorous oversight of dealer qualifications, conduct quality audits, and manage both technical and commercial skill development to achieve high -impact business results across the region.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and monitoring of business processes to drive turnover and operational excellence across the dealer network. Key duties include:
Dealer Performance & Quality: Conducting dealer assessments and quality standard audits to ensure all business and process KPIs are met.
Strategic Growth: Increasing parts turnover and managing all dealer parts activities to drive revenue.
Consultation & Support: Providing field support, technical skill development advice, and professional coaching to dealer teams.
Customer Experience: Supporting and improving Customer Experience Management (CEM) initiatives.
Operational Management: Managing dealer Work in Progress (WIP), service systems, and the implementation of tools and equipment.
Marketing & New Business: Developing new business opportunities and supporting the rollout of aftersales marketing programs.
Continuous Improvement: Overseeing operational support systems and non -technical dealer qualification management.
Education: A Degree or Master’s in Business, Management, or Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Regional Management and the Parts Business.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organizing abilities, with proficiency in negotiation and communication.
Key Traits: A performance -oriented mindset with high self -initiative and a proactive approach to problem -solving.
Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work dynamically within a team.
