Regional Brand and Marketing Manager/Specialist (Remote/Work From Home)

Do you have a passion for building strong brands and a knack for attracting top talent?

We are seeking a passionate Brand Marketing Manager/Specialist to play a key role in shaping our employer brand and attracting the best and brightest minds to join our growing team in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

What will be your focus:

Design and develop employer branding strategies and tactics to attract top talent.
Craft compelling messaging that showcases our company culture and career opportunities.
Measure and report on the performance of all employer branding campaigns, track ROI and KPIs.
Conduct research and monitor talent trends, as well as competitors analysis.
Implement and execute creative employer branding campaigns across various channels.
Align the company with the employer brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
Stay ahead of the curve on talent trends to ensure our employer brand remains relevant.

Who we are looking for:

Min 2 years of strong track record in marketing and branding, with a focus on employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Recruitment experience/background will be added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging content and deliver presentations.
