Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reports to senior management and relevant committees.
Support and approve investments in R&D, laboratory capabilities, and application technologies in collaboration with global and regional teams.
Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and innovation strategies to support product development and market competitiveness.
Lead, coach, and develop a high -performing regional team, fostering capability building and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO, HACCP, HALAL, RSPO), maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline; an MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 -15 years of regional leadership experience, managing a business unit within the chemical or polymer additives industry.
Proven experience working within MNC or SME environments, with exposure to regional markets.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with experience handling high -value contracts and partnerships.
Solid understanding of chemical or polymer additive products, markets, and applications.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across regional and global teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Results -driven, entrepreneurial, and highly proactive.
Strong decision -making capabilities with a balanced approach to risk management.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel regionally to support business operations and development.
