Regional Executive (Housekeeping Operations)

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Main responsibilities:

1. To maintain and be responsible for all working sites.
2. Responsible overall in housekeeping daily operation include mall inspection, training for staff, monitor workflow, public area inspection, daily task assignment, etc.

• Supervise Supervisor/Team Leader
• Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaner during site visits
• Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences.
• Ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use.
• Work together with supervisor/team leader regarding inventory updates
• Have knowledge to perform cleaning duties/machinery

1. To provide reports for client/company record; Staff Attendance, Daily Report, Progress Report, Monthly Report, Cleaning Checklist, Daily and Monthly Schedule, Housekeeping Schedule, Salary Summary, Attendance Summary, etc. (vary for each client).
2. To communicate with our clients and business stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities includes tasks related to cleaning operative (staff), cleaning tasks, stocks & machineries, rules & regulations, etc.

Also looking for Assistant Manager / equivalent, related to cleaning/similar services
