Role Overview: Regional HR Manager

At Lunch Actually, we're inviting an experienced Regional HR Manager to enrich our team's journey working directly with our CEO, Violet Lim. 

What you'll contribute:

• HR Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage HR programs, ensuring alignment with our company’s values and business objectives. You'll orchestrate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training with a skilled hand.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a supportive advisor, handling everything from leave requests to complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and fairness.
• Legal Compliance: You'll ensure we're not just following the law, but setting the standard for legal compliance in HR across the region.
• Policy Development: Help communicate and interpret policies with a clear voice, ensuring consistency and understanding throughout our diverse offices.
• Performance & Compensation: Partner with the CEO to navigate performance reviews and compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Who we're looking for:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least five years of HR experience, with three or more years at a regional level.
• Your communication skills are stellar, whether you’re interpreting policy or providing counsel.
• An enthusiastic self-starter, you approach HR with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, adapting to change with grace and resilience.
• Team player? Absolutely. You build trust at every level and foster a culture of collaboration and support.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills? You've got them, alongside a talent for project management and organizational planning.
• You're capable of engaging and uniting team members across different cultures and languages, including proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay.
