Job Summary:
Are you good with numbers and love keeping things in order? As our Regional Inventory Controller, you’ll manage inventory across multiple locations, ensuring we always have what we need to keep our customers happy. This role is essential to our success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Inventory:
- Track and maintain stock levels at all regional locations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transactions.

2. Forecast Demand:
- Analyze sales trends to predict future inventory needs.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to plan for promotions.
- Adjust inventory strategies based on market changes.

3. Coordinate Efforts:
- Be the main point of contact for inventory-related questions.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking.
- Communicate inventory status and updates clearly.

4. Improve Processes:
- Identify ways to make inventory management more efficient.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like inventory turnover and accuracy.
- Use technology to enhance tracking and reporting.

5. Prepare Reports:
- Create regular reports on inventory levels and turnover.
- Maintain detailed records of all inventory activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data.

6. Ensure Compliance:
- Follow company policies and industry regulations for inventory management.
- Promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience in inventory management or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to solve problems effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
