Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager is
responsible for translating global marketing strategies into regionally
relevant initiatives aligned with the regional strategic priorities. The role
ensures strategic alignment between Global HQ and local country organizations,
while driving regional campaigns, product launches, and market growth.
Additionally, the Marketing Manager oversees the marketing activities of all
Sales offices within the region, ensuring compliance with Group standards and
smooth execution.

Key responsibilities:

•       Oversee the marketing activities of all Sales offices

•        Drive
regional campaigns, product launches, and market growth

•        Adapt
global marketing strategy to regional market needs, cultural specifics, and
customer expectations

•        Serve as
the regional marketing contact person, working closely with the internal
marketing services (in Bratislava), and local teams in Sales offices in the
region

•        Plan and
monitor the regional marketing budget, in coordination with regional
controlling and country teams

•        Ensure
compliance with Corporate standards and policies across regional activities

•        Organize
and execute webinars, email campaigns, and editorial content for trade
publications

•        Act as a
strategic link between Global HQ and local organizations, facilitating
feedback, alignment, and execution

Requirements

•       Proven experience in regional or international
marketing roles, ideally within a matrix organization

•        Strong
understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and cultural
nuances

•        Ability
to manage cross -functional collaboration across HQ and country teams

•        Strategic
mindset with hands -on execution capabilities and strong communication skills

•        Fluent in
English; additional regional languages are a plus
