Penerangan Pekerjaan - Regional Marketing Manager (B2B)

A leading event technology platform is expanding across APAC and needs a Regional B2B Marketing Manager to boost demand and market growth in key APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional B2B demand gen strategy in priority APAC markets, owning pipeline growth and lead KPIs.
  • Build scalable multi -channel lead engines via email, ABM, paid social (LinkedIn/Meta), Google Ads, retargeting, and inbound content funnels.
  • Manage and grow the event organizer database—enrich, segment, and maintain for targeted campaigns and personalization.
  • Create email strategies with segmentation, nurture flows, drips, and automation (e.g., HubSpot or Mailchimp).
  • Design/optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and assets to cut CPL, CAC, and lift ROI.
  • Run vertical -specific campaigns (e.g., music festivals, conferences, fan meets, sports, corporate events) to boost MQL -to -SQL conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and BD teams to track/convert pipeline into revenue.
  • Produce/distribute thought leadership content like case studies, whitepapers, and reports on event tech trends.
  • Support new market GTM with localized campaigns and opportunity spotting.
  • Launch co -marketing partnerships for wider reach and awareness.
  • Track/report campaign metrics (pipeline impact, conversions, engagement) and optimize relentlessly.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, event/entertainment tech, marketplaces, or fast -scaling event spaces.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken).
  • Track record growing demand and pipeline across SEA or multi -country regions.
  • Deep skills in email marketing, automation tools, CRM syncs.
  • Know -how in funnel tweaks, attribution, and data -led choices.
  • Strong at content—from planning and making it, to pushing it out and measuring wins.
  • Cross -team collaborator with sales/regional groups in high -speed settings.
  • Analytical and results -focused; juggles markets and campaigns like a pro.
  • Thrives on brainstorming wild ideas, launching them, and learning fast.
